"TERMION STANDARD" is a universal ultra-thin thermal insulation coating from the entire series of ultrathin heat insulators produced at the LMC Plant of LLC NPO Altermo. It is used for all types of surfaces with operating temperature in the range: -60 ° C - + 200 ° C.
It is used for effective thermal insulation: pipelines, roofing metal materials, containers and cisterns, refrigeration plants and other metal structures and industrial equipment.
Also, TERMION STANDARD is used for surfaces made of vapor-proof materials (glass, plastic and others).
"TERMION STANDARD" contains 80% microgranules of glass ceramics "3M" (France) and 20% microgranules of silicone, acrylic base and other rheological additives.
The essence of the technology: a viscous fraction consisting of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains microspheres filled with discharged air from glass-ceramics with a low coefficient of thermal conductivity and silicone, ultraviolet filters and rheological additives.
When applied to any surface, the coating polymerizes, the surface is covered with a film of vacuumed ceramic and silicone microspheres, forming a thermal barrier.
Before coating, it is thoroughly mixed by hand or with a drill (rotation speed up to 200 rpm).
Requirements for the surface on which the thermal insulation is applied: dry and clean (without grease, dirt and dust)
It is not recommended to apply TERMION STANDARD to painted surfaces.
For application, use a roller, brush or spray (airless).
The ambient temperature, when painting, should be in the range: + 5 ° C - + 40 ° C.
