Liquid insulator "TERMION ANTIKOR" has high anti-corrosion properties. It is used for surfaces that are prone to corrosion. Also, it is used as a primer coat for rusty surfaces and as a basis for other coatings of the Althermo series.
TERMION ANTIKOR is actively used for insulation:
"TERMION ANTIKOR" on an organic basis, contains 80% microgranules of glass ceramics "3M" (France) rheological additives, and substances that inhibit corrosion (inhibitors).
The viscous fraction, consisting of a high-quality imported binder (dispersion), contains air-filled microspheres of glass-ceramic with low thermal conductivity, ultraviolet filters, rheological additives and corrosion inhibitors.
When applied to metal surfaces, the coating polymerizes, the surface is covered with a film of vacuumed ceramic microspheres, forming a thermal barrier.
Before coating, it is thoroughly mixed by hand or with a drill (rotation speed up to 200 rpm).
Requirements for the surface on which the thermal insulation is applied: dry and clean (without grease, dirt and dust)
It is not recommended to apply TERMION ANTIKOR to painted surfaces.
For application, use a roller, brush or spray (airless).
