WHERE APPLICABLE
"TERMION FIRE-PROTECTION 01" - intumescent paint on a water basis with fire-retardant properties. Specifically designed to increase the fire resistance threshold of metal structures and buildings for residential and industrial use up to 2 hours.
Absolutely harmless product, fire and explosion-safe.
There are no organic solvents in the composition, the requirements of GOST are met: R 53295-2009.
It is used for staining ceilings and walls on evacuation routes, premises of a hall type (on the basis of the Federal Law No. 123-FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements"), infrastructure facilities of oil production and refining plants, chemical facilities and residential buildings.
"TERMION FIRE-PROTECTION 01" is used for the finishing of such materials as: concrete, brick, plaster, plasterboard, metal and galvanized surfaces.
The ease of the collection with the preservation of fire retardant characteristics and ease of application to the surface (reduction of installation work) make "TERMION FIRE-PROTECTION 01" one of the most popular materials on the market of fire-retardant materials.
For application, use a roller, brush or spray (airless).
The composition of the paint includes fire retardant additives, fireproof components, gas generators and stabilizers.
With increasing temperature or fire exposure, the coating begins to swell and evaporate the inert gases. As a result, a solid foam with low thermal conductivity appears, which not only does not support combustion, but also slows its development. Oxygen is replaced by inert gases, the heat flow disappears, and the flame goes out.

The fire resistance limit of "TERMION Fire Protection" (R45, R60, R90, R120) depends on the thickness of the coating. Table 1 shows the rates of material consumption at the corresponding thicknesses of metal structures.
